It is so obvious that they care deeply about the craft of their drinks. The coffee is phenomenal, but the fact that they also offer high-quality matcha and chai was such a win for our teachers and staff who wanted something a bit lighter.

Everything they served was an absolute hit. They showed up exactly on time, ready to go, and were so generous and lovely with their energy. They truly have their system down to a science, which made the whole event feel effortless. We are so grateful for their flexibility and the heart they put into their work.

One of the most incredible experiences we have been able to provide on our campus to our students. The slow beginnings coffee team arrived early for set up, and provided their own cart, decor, signage and service system. We ordered their grab & go catering package, and they provided an elevated beverage experience with an extremely positive impact on our event. Their integration to the expo we were hosting was seamless. They stayed for the entirety of our 2-hour event, and were mindful to serve our 300+ guests with consideration, care, and efficiency.

The guests complimented the beverages, stating that the flavor of both the coffee and matcha was excellent. Booking process was straightforward. Steph is very professional, sweet, and made the whole process very easy. She responded to all of our emails quickly. We loved that we were able to pick two specialty drinks and name our own drinks. Contract and payment process was very straightforward as well.

Day of service was fantastic. Steph and David were here early to set up and made sure they were ready to go at the start of the shower. They made all of the drinks efficiently. Everyone was able to put in their orders and get their drinks quickly. Taste of the drinks were wonderful and unique. We were worried because they do not have an option to sample the drinks beforehand, but it worked out!

The miso caramel latte, matcha with pistachio almond cream top, and strawberry yuzu fizz are delicious. Our guests wanted to try all of the different flavors! We also just truly enjoyed Steph and David's company. They were so kind to our guests and stayed calm even when they had multiple guests to handle at a time. They were very calming and a joy to be around. We are so grateful for them and would absolutely hire slow beginnings coffee again for a future event!

From the initial email outreach to each phone call and text, Steph was so kind, thoughtful, and responsive.
