We hired Steph and her team for a "slow bar", a pourover station for our birthday party. Needless to say, it was a HIT! My husband is an avid coffee fan and we wanted to make sure we got to incorporate his hobby in the day :) Steph is the sweetest person, and so was her team! They came early to setup, so hospitable to all our guests, and they left the area as it was (if not cleaner, lol). All our guests couldnt stop raving about this cart. So happy to have had her a part of our event!

The salted vanilla bean latte from their signature drink list was so tasty - creamy, lightly sweet & salty and totally different from any other latte I've had. The latte art was also a great touch.

One of the most incredible experiences we have been able to provide on our campus to our students. The slow beginnings coffee team arrived early for set up, and provided their own cart, decor, signage and service system. We ordered their grab & go catering package, and they provided an elevated beverage experience with an extremely positive impact on our event. Their integration to the expo we were hosting was seamless. They stayed for the entirety of our 2-hour event, and were mindful to serve our 300+ guests with consideration, care, and efficiency. The guests complimented the beverages, stating that the flavor of both the coffee and matcha was excellent. Some guests even said that they were said that slow beginnings did not have a brick and mortar store, as they would love to frequent one to get the delicious drinks again :) Highly recommend anyone looking for a coffee/matcha cart to consider slow beginnings!

We had Slow Beginnings at our baby shower for our twins and it was an absolute delight having them! Truly a crowd favorite! Our family and friends loved them. David and Steph are one of the finest and sweetest people to be working with — masters in their craft and very intentional with detail; they curated a menu of special beverages to represent each twin: Ube and Matcha Lattes! Hands down, the best lattes I’ve had. The service was so smooth too that some people had to go back for their second cup! Such a lovely experience with them!

After seeing Slow Beginnings Coffee at a few of their other pop-ups, I knew I had to hire them for my housewarming party. I told Steph I wanted a signature drink inspired by Hawaiian flavors, and she came up with a salted macadamia nut cream matcha latte. On the day of the party, Slow Beginnings turned my home into the coziest cafe. All my friends were so impressed by the drinks. Steph and David were also incredibly professional and left my kitchen even cleaner than when they came in. I can't recommend Slow Beginnings enough for anyone looking to book a mobile coffee cart, or if you happen to be able to stop by any of their pop-ups!

I had reached out to slow beginnings for my birthday gathering back in May as I had seen them on social media through other mutual connections and had such a wonderful experience with them! From the initial email outreach to each phone call and text, Steph was so kind, thoughtful, and responsive. She spent time answering all my questions and was willing to work together to craft the menu and even customize certain details as well. I appreciated how easy it was to coordinate with them and she was very specific & detailed to what they needed on their end for setup for the day of.

Everyone loved their drinks so much, matcha and espresso, and it was the perfect way to bring people together. They were also so friendly to everyone they interacted with. I had the salted vanilla bean latte and the pistachio - almond cream matcha on the specialty menu. Steph even made sure I was getting my drinks and was enjoying them as well. :)
