we’re steph and david — founders of slow beginnings coffee. with 8 years of coffee experience, we decided to start our own coffee venture in 2023. now, we get the privilege to bring the specialty coffee experience to any gathering.

inspiration behind the logo We chose the Moon Rabbit (달토끼) from Korean folklore to represent our brand— a symbol of generosity and quiet goodness.
To us, it reflects the spirit of showing up for our community with heart, and sharing warmth through every cup.
